I wonder if companies that make adult diapers have an R&D division, or a quality control department, that hires people to test their products. Not in a lab, but in real-world usage...

So, what do you do for a living?
I work in R&D at a medical supply company. I test prototypes of new products. I do quality control on our existing product line.
Oh... that sounds interesting. What kind of products?
Incontinence products.

We make adult diapers, bed pads, wet wipes, stuff like that.
Oh, I see... that's interesting, How do you... test those things?
I use them in various different contexts and settings to determine if they perform as expected.

Well, if it's a diaper, I pee in it.

Well, yeah, that is part of what I do. If it leaks, then I give them the clothes I was wearing, too, so they can measure the leaks.

Well, if the product works well, then technically I'm not wetting my pants. I'm wetting a diaper or a pad. But yeah, that is what I do.
