Is she afraid of peeing her pants due to nerves, or does she suffer from a severe case of Muntezuma's revenge, as she came from Mexico? Anyhow, she still looks beautiful in that pullup, probably also when she's being changed in the bathrooms at SAG.

Someone claims Kristen Bell was involved in a diaper company in the past

It's just guessing why she wears them. This all might be a joke and she has put on a Goodnite from one of her children. It's also possible that she really needs them. She is slim, the Goodnites seem to fit her well. Goodnites might be cheaper and easier to obtain then real adult pullups or diapers.
