My 2 cents...

I'd say she definitely more than sharted, but it wasn't a full load, it was likely a mudslide that was not wet enough to soak through and was still hidden between her ample crack. Even a normal butt can cover up a sizable mushy poop and not show anything when it's been sat on.

The hand on rear was an attempt to both check for damage and hold it all in to stop an involuntary push while rushing to the loo.
