Well, at least you know and understand the source of the username which already brackets you above most on these boards!Originally posted by MariaOuch. I guess I ought not to expect a great deal of empathy from one who takes his name from Shakespeare's most notorious misanthrope.
It was more the irony of your stereotype at exactly the same time as you were slating men for stereotyping women (or intelligent women and dumb women, to be precise, I guess!)... kettle, meet pot!

Maria knows me absoutely fine without any introduction. Again you show your newbie status and ignorance of a long time when you were not here.Originally posted by renopisserHe's our resident troll. Ignore him.
Now, as for resident trolls, well, pot, meet kettle...again.

Eh... some guys know what they want in a relationship. To some people fetish ranks pretty high up there on the scale. If the other person doesn't want to participate better to end things early than drag it out and make the heartbreak worse later.Originally posted by ApemantusReally? Wow, that's an 11 for him on the asshole scale!

Except if it is that straightforward, why not be upfront about it from the off. His behaviour was unacceptable because he was dishonest - if he had said he was so into his fetish that it was the only thing he cared about (which is clearly the case from what happened) then just be upfront. Then the choice would be hers with full awareness of the consequences.Originally posted by DeltaFoxtrotEh... some guys know what they want in a relationship. He's an asshole for how he has behaved, not for the fetish itself being the all important factor.
