I am absolutely clueless when it comes to making avatars. Can anyone help? I am trying to make an avatar of an image on this site: http://jeangreyphoenixfans.yuku.com/topic/6757

The avatar I want to use is the very first image on that page from the user phoenix86: a gold Phoenix symbol on a black background. Help??
