A little ways into the video there is a girl in a solid black one piece bathing suit setting in front of the toilet and after a few seconds a puddle starts forming under her and the camera panned down and showed it for a moment.

The problem was the entire time the girl is puking up this black stuff that looks like coffee grounds, like half digested blood from a bleeding ulser or something. The briefness of the wetting, total lack of visible wet patch and the horrid puking was enough to completely ruin if for me.
