I can't believe I didn't even know about this. The Dubya administration prosecuted him using a "community standards" postal service entrapment sting left over from the Ronald Wilson Reagan era. I heard about this tonight watching an old documentary on CNBC.

In the end, what got him was mailing 5 DVDs to a customer (a postal inspector) in a conservative area of Florida (the central part - where guys still have sex with their sisters). Even though the DVDs were purchased over the internet (which has no community standards), the community standards of Incestville, Florida were used in the prosecution.

He was originally sentenced to 46 months, which was later reduced due to a sentencing error on the part of the local Nazi judge. He's been in since January 2009, and is apparently getting out this summer.

And what was it that got him? Contrary to popular belief, NONE of his models have ever been underage. The "Sado-masochistic" nature of the porn (golden showers and piss drinking) was what violated community standards.

This really needs to be a lesson to all pornographers out there. If you live in the US, do NOT deliver your porn via postal mail. Sell it over the internet, with DELIVERY over the internet.

That is really fucked honestly. I've spent a lot of time in Florida and there are definately conservative people there, but to arrest someone and jail them for that....rediculous.

I know. This is where our crime fighting tax dollars are being spent. I've lived in South Florida since I was 6. Fortunately, this area is pretty well separated from the sister fuckers in the central and northern part of the state.

They (the Feds) knew exactly where to place the order for pee porn. Central Florida was perfect. There's people up there that are still taking dumps in outhouses. Loaded with conservatives, and a conservative federal court. Icing on the cake: appeals go to the fascists on the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals (predominantly Ronald Wilson Reagan appointees), there was no way they would ever overturn a porn conviction.
