In the intervie with Conan she said that she had to hold it forever in the dress she wore for the MET BALL. They had to cut her out of the dress to go pee. And she tried to hold it as long as possible until she really really had to go. She didn't say how long.

Actually she had to be sewn into the gown right before leaving for the Met Gala to get a perfect fit on client for a big event.
She eventually had to go to the bathroom, couldn’t hold it any longer and so called…someone…who had an “emergency sewing kit” to come rip her out of the dress so she could use the bathroom. Crazy
I found her once but the video is too long and I do not have time to look for
if she appears any more.
