Yes, a naked actor peeing over a naked actress.
The whole thing is of experimental character. Nothing to become enthusiastic about, sure, but interesting that peeing on stage is obviously part of an artistic concept here.
(To me, such a naked peeing peeter does not do anything. As sexy as bird-watching.)
