I'm the "Lloyd" that posted that hypothesis. Long ago I remember reading that Nastassja Kinski was a method actor at least in her early days after arriving in the US from Europe. Method actors, depending on their commitment level, will do anything to become the person they are portraying - they live the part, literally. Even now, I remain convinced this is a real wetting, and now we know that there have been many more since, so it's no longer even all that rare.
