And i dont think the cops can be held accountable for any collateral damage in such situations.

Strange that with all those cops, no one went to check on the wellbeing of the people in the civilian vehicle that got hit in the aftermath of the PIT.

Drunk woman causes a car accident, she is led to a convenient place to perform field sobriety tests whilst holding her crotch and proclaiming her need to pee, she's told to stand and wait for the cop to get something from their car, when the cop gets back she's peed her pants with visible wetness down the inside of her red leggings and wet foot prints on the ground. At one point she claims the wetness is making it difficult to perform the tests!

Visible stream is a rarity (happens at 8:50 btw) but I recommend muting the audio. She sounds like Jim Carrey in Dumb and Dumber when he asks if they want to hear the most annoying sound in the world.

Similar to last video with crazy woman under arrest peeing (with visible stream) when being forced into a cop car.

Thats a great one!Originally posted by ch4rles View PostI don't post everything I find in this thread because there's so much of it and sometimes it's so marginal, but this is a rarity - the action unfolding right in front of us and centered right in the camera. Yeah, had to laugh when the cop dropped his phone, he sounds like he has flu or something, so probably not in the mood for it. Puts me in mind of a video (seems to have been taken down now) where a nice teen girl had crashed her car and got out with very wet shorts, when the recovery truck driver arrived to take it away the first thing he did was sit in the drivers seat! (how many times does that happen?).
Did not look up her name when i posted the video, but ALOO is right, she is a real beauty (she has a fair few job profile pics), 28 years old in the video and got married last year, good job this video is circulating now before the wedding or it could of been embarrassing wondering how many of the guest's had seen it

That's a great find. As well as seeing her wet jeans, there's some funny interaction between the officers.
At 11:38, the male officer tells the female officer "she peed herself", and immediately thereafter he goes to the front of the car, where you can just about make out the large wet patch on the seat. The ass of her jeans must have been soaked. Then the male officer drops his phone onto the wet seat at 11:53, much to his frustration, causing him to curse "bitch" as his phone lands in the pee patch.
At 13:09, the female officer then comes back over to the male officer and says "Good think you told me that, cos I did not realise that. Did she do it when she was doing her tests?", to which the male officer replies "No, you can see all the seat's wet".
She's a great looking lady too.

Respectable enough woman (Dermatologyphysician assistant) exits her vehicle for field sobriety tests to reveal that she has wet her jeans, tries to hide the fact by closing her coat up, but to no avail, as she stumbles through the tests the coat keeps opening with the wet patch seemingly getting bigger.

Doesn't always play out that way in the USA. Traffic stops vary wildly from place to place, and DUI laws differ from state to state. I was arrested for DUI in Ohio back in 2013. I think the officer did some things that were improper, and that my rights were violated. But the stop did not become a physical confrontation at all. And it was one officer, and he did not summon backup. I was taken into custody, but my car was not towed. It was left on the highway and I was allowed to retrieve it later. I was released from jail on a small cash bond in less than 24 hours. It was not a pleasant experience. But there was no physical aggression. I was cuffed, but that is standard procedure in any case where one is taken into custody.Originally posted by dalton View PostI am also from Europe. I am also shocked by the way this is handled in the USA. First of all, the police cooperate in exposing suspects on the Internet for the rest of their lives. In Europe, this is not allowed due to privacy regulations.
In addition, in the USA, a lot of police officers are deployed to deal with one DUI case. Usually, you see several police cars and sometimes even fully equipped ambulances and fire trucks on the scene. And there is a lot of shouting. They must have a lot of tax money to spend.
In Europe, a standard DUI case is handled by two police officers who share the same car. The focus is on de-escalation, and in principle there is no shouting and no handcuffs are used. No movement tests are performed, only an alcohol breathalyzer test. I think some suspects are not even taken to the police station, if they cooperate. Only the more serious cases. The others can leave without their car after handing in their driver's license.
Only when a suspect becomes violent police officers may call for backup. An ambulance only comes for real injuries.
But I'm a white male. LOL
I know someone who was stopped for DUI by a different police department, also back in 2013. He is Mexican, and he has permanent residency in the USA. He was stopped by white police officers, in an area in central Ohio that is racially diverse and fairly tolerant. He was not taken to jail. He was cuffed and taken to the police station, where he was issued a citation. He was allowed to go home without his car. His car was towed. I don't remember if he was picked up by his wife, or if he took a taxi. I don't think he had to post a bond.
He speaks English with a strong Mexican accent. When the officer gave him some stuff to read and sign at the police station, he thought he could buy some time and maybe manipulate the process a bit by saying that he couldn't read English. The officer promptly produced the papers in Spanish LOL.
But he was cooperative at all times, and he was treated with respect by the officers.
I don't know if he would have the same experience today, given the shift in the political climate in the USA. With that being said, many small, local police departments, and even some big city police departments, and not cooperating with Trump's federal agents.
But I've seen plenty of videos of cops that needlessly escalate things from a minor traffic stop into a massive physical confrontation, especially when the subjects are black.
And the simple fact is that cops today are reasonably afraid that anyone they stop might be carrying a gun. In most states in the USA, it is either very easy to get a permit, or a permit is not required. And even where a permit is required, it is too easy to buy a gun without a permit.
Policing is broken in the USA. I can't imagine why anyone would want to be a uniformed police officer in the USA today. The people who are most qualified to do the job want no part of it. Those who actually want to do it are on a power trip and should not be given the job. It is seriously fucked up LOL
