Thanks for finding this documentary. Looks like she found some relief in the end with the botox.

The English translation loses it at one point though (4:02 min), "And you can see clearly how the pressure of my penis rises in intervals."
The German word she uses is "Pinkeldruck", which translates as "pressure to pee". That's what rises in intervals.

Thanks for pointing this out! I saw that mistake of the auto-translator too, made a manual correction among several others, but apparently the correction was not saved to the subtitle file somehow.

I use the free program 'Subtitle Edit' for this. It’s an amazing program. It has built-in speech-to-text engines (like Whisper), subtitle translators, and it also lets you import subtitle files. You can even burn (hardcode) the subtitles into the video—all from a single program. If you stick to the basics and the default settings, it’s not too difficult to use. The result is much better then YouTube auto-subtitles.
