My favorites this gem from "Chasing Mummies" a while back. One of the girls wet herself trapped in a pyramid, her desperation leading up to it, and reaction afterwards were priceless.

Sorry, but that clip feels phony as hell to me, I'm afraid. Like most "reality" shows it seems staged and at least semi-scripted.
