My new favorite download tool is called 4K Video Downloader. It's not integrated into the browser like Video DownloadHelper or YouTube Center, but unlike them it consistently works, and downloads videos at 1080p or higher (assuming they're available in that format for viewing). YouTube recently screwed with the way they stream 1080p videos that has broken those other tools and makes the maximum size they can download 720p.

That said this video isn't even that big and I haven't tried 4K Video Downloader with it, but it's worth a shot if you're having problems with your usual tools.
