I have no idea what they're selling, but I'll take two.

I have no idea what they're selling either, but I know if we had commercials like THIS in the U.S. I wouldn't be fast forwarding on my tivo or channel flipping during commercials!

It's a video that doesn't appear on TV, it's probably an adv about a new show from a local digital tv broadcasting channel.

It says: "coming soon", "a Giorgio Di Folco's format", "pee slowly my dear".

Curiosly, googling for "Piscia piano gioia mia", I discover that exist a restaurant in Rome called so.

Btw in Italy we have some expressions with the word 'pee' that aren't necessarily referred to actual pee, like "farla fuori dal vaso / to pee missing the pot / doing sth offensive/inappropriate off the track", used also in popular shows, so the name of the show can be metaphorical: "pee slowly my dear" can be sth like "take your time".
We also don't use very often the verbs to pee or similars, when talking about the urge of pee, preferring the verb "fare / to do", like "I've almost done myself".
