The quality seems better on You Tube. I thought at first it may be my sites player making it kinda pixally, but after opening the file with media player its the same.

Not sure what application you are using to grab the videos, as I don't seem to have an account on Wonderland and I'm currently too lazy to make one, but I suggest using GreaseMonkey (Firefox) or GreaseMetal (Chrome) with the YousableTubeFix userscript. Not only gives a nice list of download options but also improves the YouTube pages themselves by making the videos larger.
