So those that practice anal sex are not bowel incontinent. Most can hold a good poop just like anyone else.

However, the shape changes right on the exit and this can cause issues in being harder to get clean than with a virgin ass (ie. need more paper, and wet wipes as the tissue now reaches further in meaning more exposed area to clean whereas the virgin ass offers no internal tissue to reach).

This change in shape could also make extreme diarrhea urges harder to hold. I've never had it from a guy (I'm not gay) but have tried butt plugs and toys in the interests of science lol and the only difference I have noticed it terms of being able to hold it is with watery poop.... like an enema or bad diarrhea.
