Some pee is shown streaming down her legs and onto her foot, and then she collapses to the ground.

The actress is Grace Helbig, and she plays a camp counselor. Neither the actress nor the character are underage.

The scene is probably faked. But it's well done, and I love the expression on her face. Can't quite tell whether it is meant to express humiliation and distress, or simply relief at not having to hold it anymore.
