Dr. Alex Karev's (Justin Chambers') sits on the couch, next to his girlfriend Rebecca (Elizabeth Reaser), who has mental health issues. He asks what he missed in the movie and she starts crying. He thinks it's about the movie, but she tells him she wet her pants. Alex tells her it's okay, and she promises to do better. He tells her she's doing fine, kissing her forehead, before taking her to clean up. The scene ends with the song 'I was a little girl'.

Poor Things - 2023

Brought back to life by an unorthodox scientist, a young woman runs off with a debauched lawyer on a whirlwind adventure across the continents. Free from the prejudices of her times, she grows steadfast in her purpose to stand for equality and liberation.

Early in the movie Max (Ramy Youssef) is being introduced to deranged Bella (Emma Stone) as she dances in a hallway, she shouts "wee" as she does. Godwin (Willem Defoe) replies that it's exciting but Max chimes in that she's actually referring to the fact that she's currently wetting herself. A shot of pee dripping from her gown follows, she makes a relaxed face.

I've created a longer HQ-ish 720P edited version of this scene. After wetting herself, Sophie (Lucy Durack) is crying in the bathroom and Audry (Alison Bell) helps her to wrap a shirt around her waist and they talk about incontinence for a while. I think we can even see a small wet patch on the back of her white jeans.

A 19 year-old girl prepares to become a suicide bomber in Times Square. She speaks with a nondescript American accent, and it’s impossible to pinpoint her ethnicity. We never learn why she made her decision—she has made it already.

The girl (Luisa Williams) wets herself in fear as she tries to detonate a bomb. She runs into a bathroom and wipes off her thighs and dabs her long underwear. Then she stuffs toilet paper into her white panties. Subsequently, a dark patch is seen on her crotch when she is photographed from a distance.

In the latest episode of Dutch reality series ' Echte Meisjes in de Jungle (Real Girls in the jungle)' contestant Michella Kox is nervous and pees her faded jeans shorts. The video was on the front page of one of the main Dutch newspapers.

Several times she shouts: 'Oh, I've peed in my pants!'

In the after show interviews the first girl says: ' Unbelievable, she just pissed herself from fear...'. The second girl noticed that the shorts sort of held the urine and the stain went upwards, filling her whole pants with piss. That makes me wonder if she was wearing a pad, which overflowed.

A policewoman needs to pee desperately for about 9 minutes because she doesn't dare to ask if she can go to the bathroom.

1 Rittoru no Namida is a Japanese television drama for Fuji Television about a girl who was diagnosed with an incurable degenerative disease at 15, but was able to continue her life until her death at the age of 25. Aya Ikeuchi (Erika Sawajiri) is a fifteen-year-old girl who has been diagnosed with Spinocerebellar ataxia. She falls onto the ground when trying to get out her hospital bed. Then she wets herself (camera shows us a puddle between her legs and wet pants). Her mother finds her and tells her that if she does not change her pants, she will catch a cold.

The actress was at least 18 at the time of shooting.
