They're visible throughout if you look more closely. The officers and the women herself discuss it at 17:10 for a couple sentences. When she gets in the car at 18:53 you can see the wetness both between her legs and on the back wrapping around the side as she sits, but any time you look in the whole video where the lighting isn't blinding it, the wetness is visibleOriginally posted by Lawrence View PostComment

You can start at 8:32 and stop at 19:12. That makes it 11 minutes.
The woman is relaxed and friendly by the way, even with wet jeans. She's not one of the aggressive hysteric women we usually see in these kind of videos. I bet she's a nice and good librarian
